The Hedtec Xtreme is legal for MSA (British) and FIA
(Worldwide) competitions. The current Snell SA2005 standard
should be legal for at least 5 years and probably up to 8 years.
Please note that a crash helmet should be replaced long before
it runs out of homolgation.
